All offers made by buyers are submitted to Swapah for review before reaching the seller. Swapah facilitates communication and negotiation to protect both parties’ interests but does not act as a party to the transaction. Buyers and sellers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
6. Fees and Payments
Swapah may charge fees for certain services, such as listing fees, success fees, or premium features. These fees will be clearly communicated and must be paid as a condition of service. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
